Poor Borde ha en restaurang som inte bara serverade frukost eftersom det inte fanns något att äta i närheten Hygglig frukost som ingick i rumspriset

Poor «Развод кроликов» случился при выезде: через нового дежурного админа заказали такси при выезде, он куда-то звонил, а на улице стоял шаттл отеля. Через 5 мин в холл подошёл индус, как оказалось водитель того самого шаттла и сказал что он повезёт нас а аэропорт. Админ подтвердил, что так лучше и сказал что трансфер входит в стоимость проживания (за 12 часов пребывания в отеле оплатил почти 200$). Всю дорогу индус рассказывал какое дорогое такси в аэропорт ( из аэропорта в отель доехали за 27$) и по прибытию запросил 40$. ... read more

Good omgeving Het hotel was recent opgeknapt, personeel erg vriendelijk, kamer erg mooi en heel schoon. Omgeving van hotel was niet geweldig maar er werd hard aan gewerkt om alles op te knappen. Metrostation was om de hoek op paar minuten lopen.

Hmmmm The hotel is very far away from everything. There are no places to eat nearby and they do not have a restaurant on side. Breakfast was pretty basic, nothing to get excited about. The room was pretty small and felt a bit cramped. I did not feel comfortable at all as there seems to have a lot of people living on this property somewhat like a shelter or something. Many businesses/ restaurants closed never to reopen. The train is under construction to improve service as well and will run normally once work is finished. Don't go, the hotel is in bad neighbourhood. Absolutely terrible experience. My first impression was staff members looked very unprofessional in their attire. I had to change my room because it was way too cold, first floor next to the lobby and I could hear everything despite the hotel had other rooms available and lastly, the assistant knew that the first room had a problem with hot water but completely ignored it. My airport shuttle driver asked for payment even the shuttle service is included in the fee.
