Never again. Staff didn't book shuttle to airport like we asked. Shuttle times not listed correctly on booking.com so was not what was expected, very limited. Room smelled, but it was one night so I delay with it. The location.

Quite expensive for what it is but about the cheapest of the lot near JFK (and it isn’t that near). Staff at front desk was unwelcoming/ grumpy/ unprofessional. Really nice big room, brand new up to date and spotless. Comfy beds.

Poor location. Very noisy. Near train station and train runs every 20min starting at 4am. No place to eat had to pay for delivery service. Van to Airport takes :30 min Clean remodeled rooms

Not worth at all for the price charged by this Hotel next day we ahd specifically told one of the staff to clean our Room 410 just across the elevator and at night when we retruned back the room was never cleaned, the beds were not made at all, when we told them they say nothing they can do ! So we had to sleep as it is ! We had a problem at the time of checking ! Front Desk was not able to get us checked in quickly as there was only 5 cent difference in the total price which Booking.com confirmed to me and the actual hotel ... read more

Would not stay in that hotel again. No parking but on the street. Didn’t feel safe. Near the train which ran every 10 minutes 24/7. There was a lot of noise from surrounding guests and did not sleep at all for 2 nights. The hotel was clean

We do warn guests to park at own risk because the entrance is very narrow - so we advise only small to midsize vehicles will fit. Street parking is very safe. We are conveniently located next to the A Train which is a short ride into Manhattan.

Darkest stay Place is too far from city. Nothing really nearby. Ho point to visit beaches nearby as it is very cold, better beaches are around. Nothing really

I would never recommend this hotel to any one There was NO HOT WATHER to take a shower Nothing

No hot water ,shower ice cold .at all times at 8 at night or 5 in tthe morning No hot water in shower Nice staff
