Fair Shuttle service was terrible. We waited 2 hours in cold weather outside

Our Free Shuttle service runs on a time schedule to accommodate all guests. Our Shuttle driver was waiting for you at Federal Circle because you called for pick up. You were in a limousine still 20 minutes away you stated. Another guest called for pick up and was waiting at Federal Circle in our shuttle and agreed to wait 20 minutes for you to arrive, but after 25 minutes they left and we called you again to notify you it would be about a 40 minute wait for shuttle to return to pick you up. I have nothing else to say but that i regretted lodging in your hotel and they frustrated me. Staff too proud and arrogant in handling customers or guest. Not kind at all. You struggle with your luggage from entrance to your room while they laugh at themselves. I suggest all the day staff should be change. Your Staff are hash and inhumane. Too proud and lacks customer care relation. Except the Lady - Fair lady and the dark Nigerian guy at night. I don't think i will ever lodge there anymore. Hectic and costly. The location was in a really bad neighborhood and the airport shuttle did not pick us up from the airport. I could not go to their pick up location because I had luggage and children as well, so I had to take a cap which cost me too much. So, this is for someone coming alone without children maybe!! Also, the shuttle drop off time really does not help at all. Nothing.

At JFK Airport you must take the Air Train (free) to Federal Circle which is the location for all hotel shuttles to pick up guests. La Quinta Far Rockaway offers our guests Free Shuttle Service to and from JFK Airport. Our Shuttle Driver went to Federal Circle and waited to pick you up until the Front Desk called him to return to hotel because you had taken a cab to hotel after calling for the shuttle. Fair This was a very small room and there was no two full bed instead it was a single queen bed. It was really difficult to live there.

-We don`t recommend the place. -The location is very bad. The area create not an very safe impression. Even though its mentioned Parking in description, they forgot to mention that is very small and only for small cars, sedans. No SUV`s or minivans. We had an regular SUV that didn`t fit there so had to park it on the street. -Its right near the railroad, so good luck if your not a deep sleeper. Plus we had the room on the first floor, we could hear all the cars passing by and people shouting outside. -The room was very cold,... read more

Many businesses closed never to reopen, but he neighborhood is as safe as any other I can assure you. There is ample street parking all around the hotel which is where I park my car and again it is completely safe. Because we are near the beach street parking is the best option. Fair too long wait wait wait collect. my children waot for 45 min but outside is -5.
