Pass this one over Cleanliness, staff, infestation of termites by vending machines in lobby which staff didn't notice, lack of wakeup call despite my request (front staff said 'sorry'), ice machine missing from 6th floor, soda machine on 6th floor out malfunctioning. Things within hotel's control like hiring & maintenance = Big Fails!!! Location to airport.

Disappointing The bathroom was dirty my first night there, floor wasn't swept, hair in tub, carpet looks staines,and dirty, second to last day room didn't get cleaned.... Great movies on television

It's not a place for vacation The parking, the breakfast, the water flow in the bathroom, the toilette couldn't flush. The front desk lied to me about pool they told me that hotel has pool that's not true. Etc...i broke my car to get in the parking. Anything

Terrible experience This was terrible. I ordered a shuttle for 8pm which never came and had to take a taxi. When I got there the room was not ready and I had to wait until 11pm to get it. The staff made an excuse that it was the key card machine that was not working but myself and others who were also waiting found out the rooms simply were not ready. The front staff were unprofessional and after all those mishaps and the fact that I only got the room for four hours, they said they couldn't give a discount. I will never stay... read more
