Poor maintenance We had problems with the elevator beginning on Thursday evening when we checked in and we brought it to the attention of the person on duty. We continued to have problems until Sunday when they had to shut down the elevator. The person on duty tried to act like the problem had just started. The Hotel needs to react to problems and get them fixed ASAP, most problems will not fix themselves. I am assuming that they wanted to avoid after hours service fees. Best Hotel stay in a long time!!! Everything about this Hotel was great!! Donovan at the front desk was very informative and quick to get me to my room! Pool and Hot-tub were functioning and a great way to relax. The ladies who did breakfast were always pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back!!!

Coffee anyone? Really nice room, friendly staff, but the heater "broke" in the middle of the night and sounded like a cappuccino machine making the froth! NOT their fault, breakdowns happen! Otherwise, I will go back when I next go to Ft. Worth.
Smack dab in the middle of DFW area, we were 20mins from every where we visited while staying for the week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to the ladies running the free breakfast and to the man behind the front desk who unlocked the indoor pool room for us. We will definitely stay here next time we come for a visit!
