Staff ability to clearly speak to customers was just not there. The gal that checked us in barely spoke English and seemed dirty or at least her hair did.
This is a A hotel! My daughters absolutely loved it. We stayed on the 12th floor and the view out the window is really cool! The rooms are extremely nice and the pool was a lot of fun, we were in it for hours. Next time we are in Dallas definitely booking another room at this location!
There was no room service available, we had to stop a young lady we saw in the hall to ask for towels and wash clothes.
Front desk clerk that checked us in was absolutely wonderful and very caring
I love the property. I only have one problem. The lady that checked us in for 2 days said we could extend our stay but we couldn’t do it till after we checked out Saturday. So I did exactly what she told me to do. The lady that checked us out said there’s no more rooms available and that they were booked up. But the lady that checked us in said we could extend our stay and keep the same room. We had to wait till Saturday at check out time. Now me and my family are back sleeping in the car. Thanks alot
Room 208 air condition squealed all night, loudly. Other than that, place was good and staff very friendly

Unfortunately during this process we are having our guest walk across the parking lot to have breakfast at our sister property the Fairfield. We are on the last stages of our renovations and I do hope that you come back and see our newly updated property once completed.
