Hotel was fine, front desk staff very pleasant Room service comes from "off site" location- Just so happened, my meal was delivered to another hotel - didn't get my meal as kitchen was closed by the time they figured out it. actually went to different hotel

The breakfast was the same for our eight days, the same yogurt, bagel, cereal, etc. nothing changed. Our bed was uncomfortable because they combined two bed frames for our large mattress. Most of housekeeping don't speak English. Elevator is extremely slow, most guests were doing the same as me, using the stairs.

The outside of the property is well kept. Beautiful view of the lake, very peaceful. Area is a very convenient shopping and dining, also entertainment area. Easy access to the airport Love it.
Handicap parking
This was close to the malls, casino and airport
Hotel is in need of some major Renovations . Inside and pool areas. Sleeper sofa mattress was very soiled. Carpets were soiled in halls and room. Desk staff were very kind and helpful.
