Over all no complaints everyone was friendly, breakfast was good your standard breakfast food but was good and fresh. pr The elevator was pretty slow. The property was in a great location! Beautiful courtyard with over looking pond. Great Location shopping center food about a 5-10 minute walk depending what you wanted. we walked and ate at the Ale house, our go to when where are in Hollywood. we stayed pre-cruise and have done so before at this hotel! so been very happy with our stay. Great location and fabulous breakfast! The bed was too low. My husband had a hard time getting out of bed. beautiful site located next to small body of water. lots of ducks.

Wonderful
Will be back. The short man who drove the hotel's vehicle in the evening was exceptional. He was an excellent driver with high customer service abilities. He was so kind and responsive to "my personal travel issues" The morning driver (the older man) was also excellent. Sorry I have forgotten their names, but not them. Wonderful workers.

Nice, clean and friendly service Airport shuttle did not start until 7am.. had early flight, had to get Uber.. 24 hr shuttle service would be nice for what is considered an "airport" hotel
