Exceptional Seemed short staffed. Garbage was over flowing in lobby. We evacuated from Fort Myers due to hurricane Ian. Maureen was working the front desk she should be commended it was very stressful time for everyone. She was very calming and reassuring to all guest. She was alone working for a long time. Along with computer being down, printer running out of ink she managed to do it all. Fantastic customer service!
