Property around hotel is very nice but hotel needs a big update. Old rooms and elevators. Staff were pleasant.
Very pleased with facility. Desk clerk very accommodating to room full of guest all arriving at same time. Down side is restaurants not with in walking distance. Needed brochure of optional delivery services.
Trying to get shuttle from airport. Did not happen. Not enough staff
Clean But ground floor corridor has odor near elevator should clean the carpet. We register for four but room was not equipped with pillow and bed sheets etc for 3/4 person.Should get ready for us
Basic hotel good for one night.
Shuttle took awhile to pick up from airport. Room and common areas was clean. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast could have more variety and could use some help. Only 1 worker trying to refill everything it was allot for her. Overall great place
Pool area needs attention ie. cleanliness. Also in busy periods, the breakfast bar should be restocked and garbage cans that were overflowing, should have been emptied!
Very Busy with all the cruise people coming through
