It was quite and very crowded with the cruise guests.
The property location is excellent being right behind Oakwood Plaza however the property is really starting to show its age things are getting worn it's very bare they give you two little thin towels one bottle of shampoo so don't expect anything major they've taken away at least half of the breakfast items and it's so crowded in the morning you can't find a place to sit unless you're down there first. We noticed a lot of the furniture is damaged. We have been coming here for years and it really really needs a rehab.

Easy access and clean.
Hotel was roomy & very clean, breakfast had a great selection, they held our luggage for us after we checked out so we could venture before our flight. Very close to airport, walked to mini shopping plaza (6 min walk), brought kids to Dave & Buster's and movie theater.
This property required some maintenance updates ( tub felt spongy when stepping into it) carpets in room looked dirty. Overall staff where okay not very friendly and like to ignore customers while on there cell phone
Front desk staff was wonderful
Nice, updated rooms. The two guys checking in were really nice, as was the shuttle driver. Beautiful lake by it. Would stay again.
