Pleasant Main floor bathroom was a mess. General areas really run down. Elevator dirty and graffiti scratched in areas. Morning staff a bit grumpy and curt. Room and bed was comfortable. No fees for pets! Night staff was very friendly .

Muy buena selección, vale la pena..!! Este hotel es muy bueno y parece un lugar secreto solo descubierto por pocas personas. Las personas de la recepción fueron súper amables. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y la habitación impecable. EL dia de salida, dejamos todas nuestras maletas en en hotel después de dejar la habitación a las 12 y las guardaron sin problemas hasta las 6 pm.

Exceptional There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel Friendly staff, helpful with knowing about local transportation and eateries. Comfortable beds, wonderful view, beautiful hotel and super clean

Rate ridiculous for a Saturday nite compared to during week because of cruises leaving on sundays Elevator so slow

Pleasant staff at desk not very helpful, gentleman working front desk was not friendly and had a crappy attitude as if we were bothering him. Did not thank me and did not smile at all. room was clean, location was ok
