Exceptional Very noisy large group of people on our floor. Very nice room and hotel

Staff good facility need work. The pillows were aweful bathroom doors did not close. Having the shuttle for dinner and airport, cruise part was great.

Good There was no heat in the 1st room we were given and it was the coldest it has been in 9 years in Florida. The person at the front desk said she would send a maintenance person up to check the unit but the person that showed up said he was the shuttle bus driver and there was nothing he could do regarding the heat. He did help the front desk person find a room, however, that had heat. In the 2nd room we stayed in, there was heat and air conditioning which was good but the temperature sensor did not seem to work well. The... read more

Pleasant No eggs at the breakfast buffet. Tub in room dripped all the time. Need to be more specific where to find shuttle. Bed were comfortable. Costumer Service was great.
