Staff good facility need work. The pillows were aweful bathroom doors did not close. Having the shuttle for dinner and airport, cruise part was great.

Good There was no heat in the 1st room we were given and it was the coldest it has been in 9 years in Florida. The person at the front desk said she would send a maintenance person up to check the unit but the person that showed up said he was the shuttle bus driver and there was nothing he could do regarding the heat. He did help the front desk person find a room, however, that had heat. Pleasant No eggs at the breakfast buffet. Tub in room dripped all the time. Need to be more specific where to find shuttle. Bed were comfortable. Costumer Service was great.

Very Good I thought there should be more breakfast options for people sensitive to gluten. It took a long time to get to the cruise port, in part because of the location of the hotel. This would be much less of a factor on days when the port isn't as busy. Convenient from the airport via free hotel shuttle. Quiet area. Spacious, well-appointed room. Clean everywhere.
