Wonderful, relaxing experience; would do it again, for Location and shuttle service were excellent; very good drivers, and quite courteous. Staff helpful. Beautiful lake front property, including pool and hot tub, clean and well maintained. A great ambiance. Excellent shopping and dining within walking distance, even on a budget. Got in a bit of family fishing too! Would certainly visit again!
Good for the value with excellent front desk service. Didn't realize the hotel accommodated dogs/ animals and my children are allergic. They were on the same floor as ours. The hall smelled like smoke but the room itself was very clean and smelled fresh. Only downside was the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and the windows were so foggy in the room and halls you could not see outside. Limited breakfast selection but having it was a bonus nonetheless. Great staff. Very friendly.

Would book again. Need to be very better in the customer service. Also when book should tell about times of the facility. When I booked they didn't tell me that The laundry room closes early. It should tell you everything even the times that everything close. Pool closes at 9. Traveling with kids you wanna wash the clothes I tryed to and was close who closes the laundry room like really .they had holes in my linens .
