The hotel was our correct choice. Nothing We stayed here the day before and the day after a cruise. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. We needed a ride to the cruise ship and were given the name of a very able and helpful person. Everything during our stay couldn't have been better. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Great place to stay Early check in was great! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was roomy and comfortable. WiFi was fast. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever spin!

Good The elevators was very slow if they were working at all. The stairway design , I had to go outside just to get bad to the main level. Need more or a bigger shuttle. If all my family was leaving at the same time some would've missed the flight back The shuttle availability , the spots that it visited and it was free to use

Satisfied The breakfast was very bland...no meats or eggs ..and the variety could have been better too.nothing hot besides coffee The location was very nice...easy access for the events we we're attending about 20-30 minutes each way depending on what you wanted to do and 30 mins from North Beach which was a plus. The bed was extremely comfortable ...staff very nice.. and the room was clean.
