Rooms are tired and need new carpeting. Phone did not work and desk personnel indicated their technician could not fix.

Rooms were ok. The front desk receptionist I believe her name is Natalie or Natalia. I’m sorry if I have her name wrong but she was amazing. Very very helpful. Great personality and appreciated everything she did for me.
