It was quite and comfortable all the time I was on property. The breakfast was not good. The egg was runny the breaker keep tripping on the waffle machine maker. The pool was dirty. The elevator takes long it needs to be upgraded. The view from my room, the staff was nice and the room was comfortable

Pleasant Room was not cleaned for duration of our stay Tue to Friday. Their policy is apparently cleaning rooms every 3 days or 3 nights rather. Not comfortable with this. Location
