A great way to end our vacation before going home after the cruise. Happy with everything Location was great and the breakfast was excellent. Really loved the beautiful grounds and the atmosphere of the place. Also the shuttle service was much appreciated

Decent There is a lot of upkeep that needs to be done. The elevator is amazingly slow, our refrigerator did not work, and our TV did not work so we had to get moved to a different room. The evening front desk staff was not at her post numerous times when I was needing to call to inform them ofthings not working properly. Unfortunately, this happened multiple times and the girl was never there. It was nestled away and its own little area with a pretty lake right behind the property

Good - Unfortunately, the hotel is dated. - Carpeting in rooms are worn. - You can tell that the face basin over time has not been cleaned well. I had to do some scrubbing to rid it of a film of dirt that shouldn't have been there if regular cleaning was taking place. - The staff was exceptional. Very attentive, informative and helpful. - Location was good from the airport, which is what I needed. - Grounds were nicely kept

No effort made to get my additional bedding ,I only neede the extra bedding because Laquita didn’t deliver my roll away No roll away bed that was ordered ahead of time and then no extra pillows or no extra blankets Not happy at all
