Localizacao muito agradavel junto a um lago e de facil acesso Um elevador apenas para todo o hotel de 6 andares. Sempre cheio e com longa espera. Nao existe cofre no quarto. Faltam mesas para o cafe da manha que apesar de amplo esta sempre cheio, ainda mais ao fim de semana. O carpete de todo hotel merece uma boa lavagem. Excellent! I loved everything about the hotel. Especially the staff The room was immaculate. I did not stay and have breakfast because I had to catch my plane.
Great staff but rest is lacking Property is becoming a bit dated and run down since i first started staying pre cruise in 2018. Breakfast was in short supply for amount of guests. Carpets need cleaning and rooms need a good deep cleaning. If it wasn’t for the great staff we wouldn’t have chosen this location. Probably won’t stay again until updated Staff were very friendly but very busy. Great parking , close to stores and restaurants. Pool area is nice.
