The bathtub wouldn't empty, the TV didnt work, and the air conditioner wasnt working properly, we had it set at 65 and it never got below 73.

Room was fine. Person at desk was too busy—at first he gave us the wrong info. about the shuttle—he didn’t ask if we needed a shuttle to a cruise or airport. He gave us the cruise shuttle info.—it wasn’t early enough for our flight. We thought we were going to have to arrange our own transportation. Then my daughter asked again on her way out. He said the shuttle for the airport had different times so we were able to take a shuttle. Also, the wake up call we asked for did not come.

We were happy to find a ride to the cruise terminal. There were places to eat just around the corner. Overall, it was good.
