shuttle could come a little faster

We waited about an hour to be picked up at the airport. The service when checking in was good. The view was nice. The sheets on the bed were too small and did not stay on. Disappointing breakfast. The transportation advertised for the cruise port was not reliable. We were not picked up at the designated time so we had to get an Uber at the last minute.

Not much around the area but there is a dhut to le to cruise port for amount less than taxi cost.

It was not my first choice as other property fully booked. Just ok and we booked transportation to cruise ship and waited over an hour and finally used uber

Expedia originally showed 24 hr shuttle but it wasnt

The front desk lady, her service was terrible it seems like she doesn't like her job. Poor customer service. I had already made a reservation and I had the confirmation number with me, before showing her the confirmation she told me if I didn't have one that I need to go to sleep in my car, super rude person. Overall The hotel was very clean if it wasn't for her, I would've giving a 5star rating, I felt very uncomfortable there.
