Nice enough, but expensive for what you get. Water in the lobby was always empty. Shuttle is not available as much as advertised. It only runs to the airport until about 10:15pm, not 11:00pm (driver won't make a run that puts him back at the hotel after quittin' time). They can only take you to one place for food or shopping. They don't like to call a taxi; they expect everyone to use Uber. You can't really walk anywhere unless you can walk at least a mile. "Close" is only on a map, but far away by the walking route. Fine Little trouble with air conditioning. We used wall thermostat set at 65 during night. Room never went below 73. Realized in morning the unit had a separate control! Very helpful, polite and professional staff. Transport to and from airport was very nice.

was ok we would go back. This is not the Ritz breakfast was a little lacking. check in was fast people were great. The hotel was clean but a bit cool Close to a lot

Pleasant Facility was a bit run down, bedding/carpet dated, and breakfast was just ok. Location and staff
