House keeping occurs only every thee days, which is fine but had to request clean towels. No kleenex. For the money, it feels like they could be more responsive to customer needs.

Wonderful staff. Welcoming and funny. Close to I 95. Perfect location for fans attending events at Hard Rock Stadium.

The staff was very professional, personable, and accommodating. The room was spacious. The general upkeep or maintenance of the place is mediocre, the elevator is really slow. It’s an older building. I had to request a new/updated room key three to four times. The hotel was okay given the reasonable price, plus they provided a shuttle to the airport which is a plus!
