The room served its purpose as we had a 14 hour flight delay and it provided a place to shower and sleep in a bed. A bit dated Staff was friendly and helpful as well as providing convenient airport shuttle

It would be a very good property, if they can fix front desk and shuttle staffing problems. Airport shuttle non existent. Front desk needs way more employees. We were directed to sit in the breakfast area for more than 30 minutes waiting our turn to check in. Only one employee checking in guests, checking out guests and answering all the phone calls from the airport courtesy pickup guests that were not being served.
