Good, convenient location with a price that doesn’t break the bank. Could be cleaner. Pets in hotel and dining area, barking dog in room. Need more help in dining room, one person could not keep up with demand for food. Walking distance to Oakwood mall. Descent breakfast.

Needs a bar area and communal areas to be cleaner but will stay there again No bar fascilities and communal areas not as clean as could be Nice location, comfortable room and staff on arrival were very helpful and friendly

stayed 2 x 2 night stays between cruises Liked the pool and grounds. Staff pleasant and helpful except at breakfast. Poor service at breakfast and kept running out of things. Room needs updating. Carpet old dirty. Furniture clean. We did not have a car so a bit cut off and remote. Too far to walk to local amenities.

Nice enough, but expensive for what you get. Water in the lobby was always empty. Shuttle is not available as much as advertised. It only runs to the airport until about 10:15pm, not 11:00pm (driver won't make a run that puts him back at the hotel after quittin' time). They can only take you to one place for food or shopping. They don't like to call a taxi; they expect everyone to use Uber. You can't really walk anywhere unless you can walk at least a mile. "Close" is only on a map, but far away by the walking route.
