The hotel was well kept and had a good shuttle service to the airport.

There was a little bit of a weight to check in because their systems went down. However, the front desk staff worked very hard to get things up, so people could get checked into their room.

The location and surrounding are excellent but the property needs some upgrade.

Getting from the airport to the hotel was a bit confusing. We called the hotel and the shuttle did arrive...eventually. checkin was easy as I had completed the pre checkin. Room iwas very basic and looks a bit tired but comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants, red lobster, tgif, millers ale house, sub way. Very safe to walk. Nice pool area beside the river. Staff was very friendly and professional. Good place for an overnight before or post cruise.
