For one night before getting on the cruise ship, this hotel was great. Cheaper than other options around. Shuttle from the airport was easy and convenient. Hotel is located near multiple shopping complexes with lots of stores and restaurants. You could walk to them, but the shuttle would also drive you and pick you up which was a nice perk. Shuttle to the cruise port you had to pay for, but also easy and convenient. The room was clean, if older. The hallways could use a vacuum.

The property was clean and quiet, with a nice patio. the staff was great, and we particularly recieved great service and attention from Terry in the breakfast area, and Talia at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again. Note: Our refrigerator didn't work, which would have been nice. But overall, a great stay.

The hot tub was nice, but the pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There were leaves and debris everywhere in the pool. The elevator is extremely slow. The room had ants crawling all around and inside the bathtub and bathroom.
