Although the location was good for me and the interaction with the property employees was great. The bed and shower was Location Location of property was close to the hwy.

Good Shuttle to port never showed up!! Room was large & comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
Did the job. Slept and left. It was the least expensive in area for the one night stay. No towels. Dirty floors. Truly a ratty old hotel. Brief stay to be near airport for early morning flight

Exceptional We were supposed to have the 11 o’clock shuttle to the port and at 12 o’clock it still wasn’t there. We ended up taking an Uber instead. I know that’s not the hotels responsibility, but I wouldn’t have chosen the bus Staff was very helpful. The room was clean
Exceptional The breakfast, the food quality was ok, but very limited choices. Facilities and the employees at the Front Desk, very friendly and gracious customer services.
OK TV remote stopped working after 5 minutes; had to get a replacement from front desk. In room coffee maker didnt work; discovered that it was a bad receptacle after it was too late to make coffee, Long wait for shuttle for ride from airport to hotel. Breakfast wasnt ready at advertised time. Coffee pot at breakfast ran out after ten minutes. High cost for having this many problems. Clean room, great staff, shuttle from hotel to airport was on time and pleasant driver, comfortable bed
