The room was good and the location from the airport and ship terminal was good. Ran out of water to drink in the lobby in the evening and coffee in the morning. Bagel was good. Biggest complaint was wait time for shuttle from airport and trying to get through on the phone to hotel. Another driver would be appreciated and if you know how many guests are coming in and at what time who need a shuttle should result in shorter wait time.

Staff was very professional and attentive however the bathroom needs serious up grade.

Reception staff were fabulous Nadia was so pleasant to deal with. Room was clean and comfortable.
