The carpet could have been refreshed. One of The lamps didn’t work. The wall sconce fixtures in the hall was crooked. The hotel is just generally on the older side. The staff during the day were very pleasant though. Very kind.

The stay was good. Check-in was a breeze. The front end staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel cleaning staff needs to do a better job in the common areas including the lobby, elevator and floors. These areas were littered with trash and paper. The fruit infused water dispensers were not maintained. The water was gone and the fruit looked to have been sitting for some time.

The room was ok. Shortage of staff - lots of cruisers checked-in - not enough check-in staff. Breakfast could be improved

Quick check in, always friendly staff. The pool was dirty, no towels and dirty ones laying around. Rooms are getting dated and tired. Was good for the price.
