Pleasant Not enough outdoor seating. The Lake is so Beautiful I would have liked to sit on a bench and watch the wildlife We got to and from the airport on the Free Shuttle which was wonderful. The Breakfast variety was good.

Great locations & friendly staff . Breakfast could have been better.. hard boiled eggs, different breads, more fruit, danish or sweet roles. Pool, jacuzzi.. great location.

Appreciated the early check-in from coming from a cruise. The size of the rooms and the view (lake)

Kelton was amazing, very very nice man Door didn’t work (had to get new cards every day which consisted of lots of elevator trips and stair trips), no shuttle busses to the beach. Good location and clean.

Wonderful Believe the price was too high - while the hotel was nice, $300 for one night was a bit much. Feel like they are taking advantage of pre-cruise folks. Location was within walking distance of restaurants. Shuttle from airport - driver was great.

Very Good room was large area and clean...breakfast was shortchanged from past years..staff friendly..location ideal for area i had to be near..
