The staff was kind and well intentioned but it seems like the owners are doing the bare minimum to keep this place going. Rooms could use some updates and lack simple things like outlets on the bedside table for charging your phone. We waited at the airport for 40 minutes after we called the hotel and were told the shuttle was on the way. Once the shuttle arrived the driver said that the hotel was not calling him to let him know that guest’s were waiting. Hotel looked very old and the carpets everywhere from lobby to rooms can get a make over. Staff was courteous and friendly. The door lock was outdated, the key did not work everytime. Breakfast waffle machine broke during breakfast.Bathroom doors locks were ancient.

Nice rooms and very nice staff. Breakfast was quite chaotic and a bit understaffed for mornings prior to a cruise departure.

Very nice place. Nice room, roomy and clean. The location was great, near the airport and places to eat. A great outdoor sitting area with a good view. One disappointing issue is the breakfast isn’t available until 7AM. We had to catch an early flight so we didn’t get a chance to eat before getting to the airport.

The staff was cute, courteous and nice and helpful rooms are outdated and we had to get our key replaced pretty much every time we used it

There was a situation with other client when we arrived. A very uncomfortable entrance upon our arrival. Nadia was very helpful. But situation had escalated with client.

Staff was great. Love that there is an airport shuttle and that you can book a cruise port shuttle as well. It could use a little TLC but it as fine for what we were doing.
