Pleasant Although we asked for a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke from an adjoining bath room smelled our room up with smoke. We realized that this is not the fault of La Quinta, but it did wake us up and had to close the bathroom door to stop the smell of smoke coming in our room. It woke us up from our sleep, and took us a while to spray our room with air freshener to get back to sleep. It was something that happened that was the fault of a neighbor. Great stay! I had trouble with the door key everyday. Why didn't I change rooms? I liked the location, close to the front desk and breakfast. The door mechanism was changed. The staff was very accommodating and concerned with my comfort.

You get what you pay for The hallways carpet needs an update because there was stains all over it. Also, the breakfast was no good at all. The waffle mix wasn't mixed properly because another employee said it wasn't. They need to add some more breakfast options like yogurt or something because it was literally just waffles, bagels, and bread for toast.
