Okay Front desk staff very rude & overcharged my stay. When I called down & asked for the extra charge to be reversed, I was told that it could not be done. When I stated that I would come down & speak with the manager, she said fine & hung up;only to call me an hour later to state that she reversed the charge. When I spoke to the manager at the end of my stay, he was very unapologetic when I explained the situation & kept making excuses for the agent. Pleasant When I arrived, although I reserved a non-smoking room, there was none available.
It was a nightmare! Absolutely filthy! The sofa bed couch had an inch or more of dirt with holes and staining. Used the sofa bed sheet over the sofa in order to sit on it. terrible black dirt marks on The Desk chair. Refrigerate would not get cold. There was a coffee pot that was missing parts. The sink stopper was broken. Maid service did not wipe up desk or end tables and apparently must have run the vacuum just for the noise. Cheap foam pillows. You get what you pay for ! Restaurant! No orange juice 2 days room wasn't fresh ! Carpet need replacing in hallway ! Staff friendly

Controlled environment you don't get what you pay for A/C was not working right it needed a special code but when that did not work and they could not get it fixed nor did they offer us another room, they kept saying they were sold out plus TV is volumed controlled so you can not turn up TV Front desk is very unorganized and not staffed properly house keeping uses cart for luggage to moved trash instead of having it available for guest to use cooler in hall ways than in room and carpets are so dirty they don't look like they... read more
