Si yo canceló mi reservación Booking.com me cobra por cancelar y lo hace Booking.com porque el hotel me expide el recibo de que ellos no generan cargos por cancelación... If I ever had to stay there again, I would choose to sleep in my car! The facility was overpriced, run down , dirty, elevators smelled like smoke . Room smelled. 2 towels for 4 people. Requested a late check out , the next day someone opened my door at 11:30 , telling me to leave, saying I never requested the late check out !!I reserved online to get there and find out I had no room. Not up to "par" for a La Quinta hotel I requested a wake-up call for the morning of our check-out. Whereas the front desk clerk confirmed the time, no wake up call occurred. As a result, we were late checking in for our return flight home. I complained to the manager and he offered a whopping 15% discount. We also missed breakfast as a result of this mishap.
