Adequate for my need. The breakfast offerings were disappointing. The cable box on the TV wasn't working when we arrived, but I was able to fix it myself - just an intermittent cable contact. The staff was pleasant and available. Ice machine worked.

Surprisingly good value! The parking area was a little dirty but there seemed to be a construction site adjacent to the Hotel parking ar3a. The public areas were well kept and very room we had was a large King size room, which was exceptionally clean. I had brought Clorox wipes with me and wiped down all the surfaces in the room and bathroom, but the wipes were as clean when I finished as it was when I started! Kudos to the housekeeping staff.
