It was ok stayed at better Booked this on booking.com said it was a 7.8. Booked it because of that and was only staying one day. Checked in the lady at the front desk didn’t direct me towards the elevator which aren’t right up front. Got to the room, realized I booked double beds and not queen beds, that’s my fault. The room looks like it needs to be updated. The rugs in the hotel looked like they needed to be cleaned. Half the lights didn’t work. There was something sticky on one of the night tables. A disappointment Too many dogs. Hotel starting to look shabby Almost no staff available. Write up said breakfast provided but it was a "bag and go" and kept hidden behind registration desk so people didn't even know it was available. The hotel is now pet friendly and there were way too many dogs, including one pretty vicious one.

Pleasant Fire alarm system went off twice... once at 3 am! No fire or emergency. Room had an overwhelming Febreze/perfume smell Staff was great Good location

Pleasant Bathroom had a ripped shower curtain. No washcloths, only shampoo. Air conditioner kept noise all day and night. Room was not cleaned properly nor sanitized. Location for work.

Some problems on arrival, but all were quickly addressed. When I arrived in the room, I quickly discovered down pillows - which I am quite allergic. They were replaced by housekeeping. Reception had an old address, inaccurate price, and number of people. Also one of the keys did not work. Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable for 3 adults.
