OK Was given the wrong room number. Had to pay $75 for pet. I have not problem with a $75 deposit in the event my pet did something but not just to have a pet. Other hotels charge $50 not $75 Room was clean but decor was dated.

Marginal quality for Garden City Poor water flow in bathroom. Limited hot water. Toilet flush handle damaged. Mirror is old with lots of rust stains at the bottom edges. Gives the roomna dingy look. Bathtub has worn dirt stains on the tiles. No hot breakfast. Didn't like that they demanded all the payment upfront rather than at checkout. The morning coffee. The convenient location. Proximity to the mall.

Very Good The only thing I didn’t like is the mattress sagged a lot. But other than that everything was great. This is my third stay here. Huge improvement on cleanliness. The workers are all very nice. I have two large dogs (well behaved) I travel with. This place is very convenient for multiple exits to walk the dogs outside. True dog friendly hotel, and they do well keeping it clean.

Over all I had a great stay, despite not having proper room service, and lack of buffet breakfast. I did not like how breakfast was set up, I was expecting buffet style, with hot meals as well as cold. Another thing I did not like was the sofa bed mattress. It was an old mattress and the sheets were stuck in the spring and the sides. It was Very uncomfortable. The price for my stay should have been 450.00 for the 3 days. You did not have enough staff for room service and the poor lady in the kitchen didn’t even appear happy.... read more
