Good Broken outlets in room, outlets with burn marks, pool not open, door handle to bathroom missing, other bathroom door hinge coming off. Not all the staff wore mask. The location was great for what we needed. Lobby looked great and Very clean.

Hotel tranquilo, cómodo, buena ubicación y buen precio. La recepcionista no habla español y es un poco hostil con su trato. Sería importante que pusieran recepcionistas bilingües ya que reciben muchos turistas de habla hispana. La chófer de la van fue muy amable ya que no teníamos transporte y nos llevó al car rental del aeropuerto.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, great parking, rude staff so don't bother with questions Staff was a little rude when asked questions. I'd understand if they were stupid questions but I was asking about breakfast times or if they had a little shop to buy stuff from and got snarky answers and eye rolls. Very clean hotel, rooms were impeccable and breakfast was great.
