Hotel tranquilo, cómodo, buena ubicación y buen precio. La recepcionista no habla español y es un poco hostil con su trato. Sería importante que pusieran recepcionistas bilingües ya que reciben muchos turistas de habla hispana. La chófer de la van fue muy amable ya que no teníamos transporte y nos llevó al car rental del aeropuerto.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, great parking, rude staff so don't bother with questions Staff was a little rude when asked questions. I'd understand if they were stupid questions but I was asking about breakfast times or if they had a little shop to buy stuff from and got snarky answers and eye rolls. Very clean hotel, rooms were impeccable and breakfast was great.

Very Good The elevator was very dirty the walls, the floor, and the other elevator was not working. Also the carpet in the halls was old and dirty. The room space was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was okay.
