Very good location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Beds were hard and could use pillow toppers for mattress. Pool deck was dirty. staff extremely helpful. Shuttle the best part. We brought our rental back to IAH and shuttle picked us up and returned us back to hotel.

Exceptional
One night stay Good hotel to spend a night after losing a connecting flight. It’s basic, but clean and comfortable, receptionist was attentive, the shuttle service works great, and the buffet breakfast was ok. Maybe a little overpriced. Overall a good experience.

Very comfortable Without cell phones, we found it difficult to contact the hotel for the shuttle when we arrived. One of your competitors graciously let us use his cell phone to contact you as we could not find a courtesy phone as the airport Staff was very friendly and attentive to our concerns
