Awesome Was accused of smoking! Smoke smell on the second floor
Good Some guess not complying with wearing mask in common areas and some staff members as well Laundry area been extremely dirty, trash on the floor, etc Carpeted stairways between floors were really dirty Some hallways had a really strong weed smell to the point that it was uncomfortable. Smoke free hotel? The closeness to the airport, the friendliness and good customer service from some staff members Places to eat close by Decent breakfast
Great Stay close to IAh Airport! The hotel was perfect for our needs being close to the airport with free shuttle. Not sure why all the bad reviews, we stayed in room 512 and it was absolutely clean, spacious and perfect.
