The staff was very friendly, but the hotel overall was dingy and old. The hotel needs some major renovations. It was dirty and all the furniture was very old. The wifi didn't work very well either The staff was extremely friendly. The shuttle was timely and friendly, the check in process was smooth, and we weren't charged anything extra/hidden for anything.

I am glad that you were pleased with our customer service, convenience, and affordable comfort. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and do not usually have issues in that area. I do hope any concerns were reported before checkout so that we had the opportunity to make it right.
The location was excellent, close to the airport. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable I thought it was a little bit noisy. I could hear the people in the next room. But it wasn't really a problem for me. The check-in was quick and easy; the Shuttle was on time and friendly.

Exceptional The shuttle staff person on the evening of our arrival was sour and unfriendly, but the one who took.us to the airport the following day was very cheerful and friendly. Reception staff great, room very clean and suitable for our needs.
