Friendly Staff and a Welcoming modern room We came late at night, the man on the desk was extremely friendly and informative and very welcoming. He made sure we had a wake up call and a spot on the shuttle. Would definitely choose it again

Overall good The carpets were a bit stained and we used Plastic cutlery and plates - ugh, in this day and age where we are so conscious about the use of plastics and how damaging it is for environment. Get rid of it!!! Bed was really comfortable.

I am sorry that you were unhappy with our choice of disposable utensils and plates. We use these items for sanitary reasons and to be able to pass on the savings that our guests get when booking our property. We have done away with newspapers in this age of technology and have taken other measures in order to do what we can in an effort to be more green for the environment.

Unfortunately, every blue moon if we have a couple of housekeepers out due to illness, we put a sign under the door saying that service is limited and if you need anything refreshed to let the front desk know and we will bring you fresh towels and new amenities. I apologize for any inconvenience.
