Great for over night stay from the airport No longer have a spa pool hotel very handy to the airport.

We are glad that you were happy with the convenience. We still have a pool. However, due to several reoccurring issues with the spa we felt it best to have it filled in. I apologize for the disappointment.
Very Good There really isn't alot of shopping or restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was beautiful.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Our location is definitely more for convenience to the airport rather than for leisure activities. However, there are 9 restaurants within a mile of the property. If you are ever back in the area, please inquire with the front desk for the locations. Our shuttle would happily take you and pick you back up.
Exceptional
Comfortable enough. Staff perfunctory but polite. Details about airport pickup were difficult to locate. Houston people were all friendly and helpful, so we finally managed to connect with the shuttle . A wordless trip ensued. There were no croissants, but a wide choice of breakfast options, for a non-American somewhat bewildering , but we were well fortified for our plane journey.

We appreciate your feedback. We use disposable utensils for sanitary reasons and for economic reasons that trickle down as savings to our guests. For breakfast we offer scrambled eggs and sausage links cooked and kept hot in a warmer, hard-boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, individually wrapped muffins, bread, and water, milk, coffee, tea, and juice.
