Great We checked inn quick and everything was ready. Breakfast was good. Loved the coffee and the stay was quiet and peaceful.
Pleasant Staff were a bit disinterested. Room was tired,. Couldn't get hold of them when we arrived to get our transfer. Tried 3 times, no luck, got a cab in the end Close to the airport, nice pool.
Evening front desk manager was the best part of an unexpected airport delay.
Alright... Good for the price and purpose; if you just need somewhere near IAH The elevator was broken carrying the luggage of a family of four with two babies under two up stairs was a headache. The staff wasn't very helpful at all in trying to accommodate our children, like not having and baby cribs/ pack'n'play. The facility was really outdated, and the fridge in the room was super small and didn't have a freezer. Bed was comfortable.
Exceptional
Very comfortable. The lack of an extra luggage rack. One rack for two people doesn't work. Our room was quite large and quiet with excellent facilities at a reasonable cost. It far exceeded our expectation of an airport hotel. The free shuttle to/from IAH was much appreciated. The "included" breakfast was basic but adequate.
Great stay! Nothing Close to the airport and people were friendly
An okay stay. The first room we were given had a bad odor. We had to ask for another. And the elevator was old and made noises at start up and stops.also we have had better breakfasts. The room was clean.
Enjoyed our stay and locality. Would recommend it to others. Friendly staff, easy access to buses and able to walk to local restaurants. Free shuttle to and from the airport.
