Shuttle has to be improved We called from the airport in the hotel and wanted to ask for a shuttle. After 12 hours flight we needed the help a the friendly airport service to reach them. Before we tried several times and we were in a waiting line on the phone. Only when the American guy from the airport shuttle spoke in a clear voice and said that it is an impertienance to let us wait for so long, there was a shuttle ordered. Good for one night When we arrived there was only a single person at the reception and a long cue of people waiting to check in. When we wanted to call, it took a very long time to get feedback.
great for the price We didn't dislike anything The overall visit was nice. It was a last minute trip with the kids. Nice clean rooms and the family enjoyed the pool.
Excellent Breakfast had no meats ham sausage or bacon. For $100 bucks a nite I expect more. Also no eggs. Bed extremely comfortable and room had plenty of space. It was clean.
Excelente ubicación... Aunque el shuttle al aeropuerto empieza 5 am... Escogi hospedarme en este hotel por el shuttle Hotel - Aeropuerto... Pero mi vuelo salia a las 6 am, así que tenia que tomar un shuttle a las 4 o 4:30 am, y el servicio de Shuttle es solo a partir de las 5 am :( así que tuve que irme en Taxi... Limpieza y comodidad del cuarto. Ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Desayuno en la mañana que aunque salir a las 4:30 am al menos pude tomar cafe, pan y fruta...
