A Nasty Manager Almost Ruined an Otherwise Pleasant Stay I booked the "King Suite" of this property around 10:00pm, after arriving in Houston on a night when weather had forced United to cancel almost all of its flights for the night, so rooms were booking fast. This hotel has free airport shuttle, which was all I cared about at the time. United put us on the next flight out in the morning, meaning we'd have to be up and out the door at 5:00am.
