Very Poor Free Shuttle did not pick us up at airport and we had to pay for a cab. Morning Shuttle to airport was earlier than scheduled and we could not have the complimentary breakfast. Had to pay for breakfast at the airport. Definitely not a value. Room was nice and comfortable.
Everything was great except for the overuse of single-use plastics! Everything for breakfast was PLASTIC. Why do you use styrofoam plates and bowls? They are terrible for the environment. Then everything is wrapped in plastic, cutlery, coffee cups, drinking cups, etc. This was the one downer about my stay. Please change this and be kind to the environment and to me. Poor I have a handicapped sister so called day before to make arrangements for her comfort and accessibility on 1st floor they said yes and got there and they gave the highest floor! They put a room freshener which gave me a sinus infection. Told the manager and got the reason because some rooms had problems and some were still being remodeled and what they have was all they had. It was a wrong decision. Never ataying there again. Appreciate if i can get a partial or full refund I had reserved a shuttle to get me from Airport to hotel. I had specifically informed my arrival time and that i have no access to phone. Even after waiting for 1 hour, the shuttle never came. In the end i had to take a taxi. Since there are two hotels under same name, i arrived at the wrong one. They didn’t support me at all and i had to take another taxi to final destination. Fire alarm went off twice during the night without an explanation from the staff The fire alarm went off twice during the night. The staff did not know what was going on. The airport shuttle was fast.
It’s just ok. The rooms were coming apart. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because the knobs wouldn’t stay on. The staff could care less if we were there or not. The breakfast was not worth it but was convenient to have something.
The transportation service to the airport was denied since the flight I had scheduled was at 6 am and they said that the The property was in excellent condition! Disappointed The sight states free airport shuttle but it does not mention that the airport shuttle is not available after 10 PM or before 8 AM which is when our flights were so we ended up having to get UBERs both ways for a total of $60 and the "breakfast included" was not available until 6 AM which was also after we had to leave for the airport.
