Not good, had to take the stairs the rest of the time because of unsafe elevator! My 14 year old son got stuck in the elevator and the manager was very rude and initially denied any ownership or awareness of the event!!! Beds in room

The staff were rude and seem more interested in talking to each other than helping guests. From the small store in the hotel you can only use cash and that’s because they have one of those really expensive ATM’s which I’m sure the owner is getting and large amount of payback for.

They should probably just close until they finish renovating The ceiling is leaking in the hallway, the elevator seems like your risking your life every time you get on it, the hallways smelled weird, there's a huge gap between the door in the floor which was very weird, also because of the huge gap between the door in the floor you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. So you jump up during the night because it sound like someone is coming to your room. My bed

disappointing there was a roach on my bed. managers on site Lauren and Raza didn’t wasn’t to help with refund . I also didn’t like that they didn’t have any fact towels for us and we had to use the mid size towels to wash our body . in Addition to the property being under construction , that’s should be stated when people are booking . the price and location
