I was not pleased at all. I booked 2 rooms as I was traveling with 5 children and 2 adults. I called and confirmed that the rooms were right next door to each other as I was putting my kids in. The lady working at the time I checked in told me she didn’t have any available rooms side by side. I could put them on the 2nd floor or the 4th floor and me on the 3rd floor. I wouldn’t stay here again, the room was so hot and humid. I felt almost wet whenever I woke up. I did not sleep good. Our room was so hot and humid, it felt almost sticky. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. It was very clean and safe.

EL TRANSFER TE PUEDE DEJAR TIRADO, 0 COMUNICACIÓN CON ELLOS: No te contestan a una petición o a una pregunta a través de la App, traté de ponerme en contacto con ellos en múltiples ocasiones y fue imposible, por lo que no pude tomar el transfer para ir al hotel y tuve que pagar 23$ más en UBER. LA habitación sucia y húmeda. Ruido en el exterior. NO lo volvería a contratar jamás. La cama.
Insatisfecha No tuve traslado al aeropuerto, nunca llegó el chófer a traerme. Eso es grave, tuve que resolver por mi cuenta, pude haber perdido mi vuelo. Debí salir al aeropuerto tan temprano que no había desayuno, solo café.
