Booked a NON SMOKING room but had cigarettes smell and burn marks on carpet. Dirty It was easily accessible
Terrible stay! Website information about airport shuttle is misleading. It does not mention that the shuttle is until 10PM. When I called the hotel to request a shuttle, the staff implied it was my fault that I did not know it was available until 10PM. Staff at the hotel suggested that I take an Uber. The room’s carpet smelled bad. The next day the shuttle to the airport was late, I had to wait 40 minutes. It never arrived so I ended taking an Uber. The property needs a deep clean!

Fair Room smelled distinctly like urine. None of the drains were functioning. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. Room was enormous.
