Great hotel for a layover in Houston! Everything was good but as a small recommendation/tip, the Shuttle bus to the airport could be improved to be able to take you to the malls or shops nearby. For foreigners, it is kind of hard to move around if you are looking for a supermarket or a pharmacy for example. The new and recently renovated rooms were great! Very clean and super comfortable, this was something I liked as well as the location in relation to the Airport.

Fair The rooms were bad. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. The bed was not made properly There was a sanitary napkin in the toilet from somebody. Using it after their period or cycle and minstrel whatever you call it The staff was nice but the rooms

Great location, but otherwise meh The hotel is very dated and a bit dingy. The staff wasn't as helpful as they could have been. For example, while we were checking in, a gentleman came to the desk and asked for a stopper for the bathtub, as the one in their room was missing. The reply was that they didn't have any extras to give him. A better response would have been to get one from an unoccupied room and provide that for the gentleman asking. Just an example. Location is great for getting to IAH.
