Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BAD ..ROOM WAS DIRTY WITH HAIR AND CARPET SMELLED BAD..A.C. DOSENT GET COLD AT ALL I checked in around 12am..The front desk receptionist seemed to be very agitated when I walked inside to the front desk.He was very nasty and sarcastic. The room I had on the second floor was so nasty the carpet smelled horrible.. Me and my husband sweat all night like dogs.. The A.C. don't get cold at all. Do not stay here! They overcharge me and still have not refunded my money. The water went out while we stayed there, but they fixed it within three hours.

Cuidado ao fazerem sua reserva. Tanto o hotel quanto o booking.com vão te deixar na mão. Comunicação sobre as regras do hotel. Reservei duas noites para conseguir fazer um early check in e apenas ao chegar nos estados unidos me disseram que não podia fazer isso, mesmo eu tendo pedido isso na reserva e eu REAFIRMANDO as datas no inbox da mensagem de boas vindas. Me fizeram pagar duas vezes pela mesma coisa. O suporte do booking.com não me ajudou em absolutamente nada. Atendimento da gerente do hotel é simplesmente péssimo. Bo... read more
