Cheap, but not cheerful Very tired decor. Chipped, grubby paintwork. Well-used beds; threadbare sheets. Carpets look disgusting. A smell of sewage in the hallway. Air conditioning did not work in part of the hotel and not at all in the room I was originally allocated. Asked to be moved to the other side of the hall. A/c worked ok in that room. Bad I have been staying their since the third of November and suddenly they charge me for two extra days. And then the staff became rude. I enjoyed breakfast.
The bare minimum. Walking into the hotel, the foyer carpet of the hotel was stained and the lighting was dimmed along with a broken sliding entrance door. No one greeted us when we walked in and when we rang the front, the desk associate just walked out and gave us our key/paid but there was no hospitality or warmth when getting checked into your hotel after a long day of traveling. An okay place to lay your head when traveling through. Fix the carpet! So gross. Cleanliness is questionable. I can't have that with a two year old running around. I won't be staying again. When we first entered our room there was a brown spot on the bed. Called down and they changed it right away. Went to take a shower. The shampoo and conditioner was half used. I ended up having to use the bath rug. All other towels had pubs or hairs in them gross. The bedding or pillows had an aroma of cigarettes. The staff is very nice. ... read more
Fair 1. Renovation needed. 2. Need some good menu for 3.complementary breakfast. 4. Should have some water bottle for drinking available in the room ( especially needed with kids ). Location was good.
Fair The AC in the room was really loud and made it impossible to sleep (even with airplugs), so was the noise from the airport (no sound proof rooms) and the construction work happening early night. This is the case in every room I was told - but the staff was friendly and gave me a fan so I could turn off AC and sleep Nice location, good shuttle service (call when you want to picked up at the airport) and very friendly service

Wouldn’t stay there again. The receptionist had his hood on and wasn’t very friendly. Construction taking place in some of the rooms and everything smelled bad.
